Masibus mUSB485 which is a family of communication devices.
The USB media converters provide a simple method of adapting Industrial and commercial serial devices with RS232/485 interface to modern USB ports. Each media converters contains a small electronic circuit board mounted inside a rugged plastic enclosure capable of withstanding industrial temperature ranges. The integrated electronics also include RS232/RS485 level shifters and Tx/Rx LEDs to provide a visual indication of data traffic through the media converter.

The Cable incorporates a standard USB-A device connector for connection to an upstream host or hub port. RS232-level signals, including modem handshake signals, are available on an industry standard DE-9P connector cable. The RS232-level data rate range is 300 baud to 1 M baud.

The media converter cable requires USB device drivers, available free in CD supplied with media converter, which is used to make the media converter appear as a Virtual COM Port (VCP). This allows existing serial communications software, such as HyperTerminal, to exchange data through the media converter to industrial RS232/RS485 peripheral devices

Masibus PID Controller series TC5396 and TC5348 are designed to offer advanced performance at a competitive price, the controller comes with a Large White LED display plus 10 segment bargraph for display of MV, universal input, multiple output options, ideally suited for a wide range of applications such as plastic processing machines, packaging machinery and food processing applications. The controller has four relay outputs which can be configured as control, auxiliary and alarm.

PID Controller series TC5396 and TC5348 improve process efficiency and quality, input is truly universal, configurable for any thermocouple, RTD or mA/Volt. All inputs and outputs parameters are accessible over modbus communication interface option, retransmission option can be used for recording/datalogging.

PID Controller series TC5396 and TC5348 have an advanced auto-tuning function and can be set-up in different control modes from on-off, PID and valve position control without feedback, control
output type options include relay, SSR and analog, manual mode override allows operator to manually control the process.

40005E digital Bar Graph Display is an Enhanced version of our Legacy model 40005 Bargraph indicators, additional capabilities have been added by way of multi-serial ports, scanning speed and Relay outputs. The model is available in single channel and dual channel format.

Configuration
40005E is configured using the front keyboard and display or PC based mbGRAPH Configuration Software supplied with unit. The unit has a 4 digit numeric and 101 segment Bars to display process Value, Alarm/Trip and communication status are displayed by discrete LEDs on front fascia.

 

Communication
40005E Digital Bargraph Indicator comes with one RS485 port as a standard, a second RS485 port as an option to enhance the communication capabilities of the unit and use it as an RTU, controller or protection device for parameters like Level, Vibration, Gas detection, etc.

Control or Alarm
An optional 4 Relay outputs can be freely mapped to any channel set points and configured as control, Alarm or Trip functionality with Fail-Safe or Normal Logic. Any one relay can also be configured as a watchdog output.

Analog Output
An isolated 4-20mA Re-Transmission output option is available for onward transmission to PLC/DCS/Recorder/SCADA

Enclosure
40005E is housed in a 144X72 mm extruded Aluminum enclosure with an IP54 front fascia. All field inputs are wired to a detachable back plate for ease of wiring and reduce down time during replacement

TT7S Series Transmitters are designed for isolated and accurate temperature measurements and signal conditioning applications. TT7S10 is 2-wire loop powered model TT7S10-H is available in head mount version. All the models are programmable for thermocouples, Pt-100 RTD, mV and resistance/potentiometer. LC5296-AT PID Controller With a fast responsive PID auto-tuning algorithm it is equipped with Heat/Cool relay or SSR output for control function. Auto-tuning adjusts the PID parameters for desired set-point according to the current process dynamics so it has no harmful effect on the current operation. It has flexibility to switch control to On-Off or manual mode for non-critical applications.

LC5296-AT PID Controller has outputs available providing a combination of relay (alarm output) and relay or SSR (control output) or Motorized valve Forward/Reverse without feedback (control output) based on application requirement. Whereas LC5296L-AT / PID controller has 3 outputs providing combination of 2 Relay (alarm output) or SSR (control output)
